It's a miracle! School is actually back on tomorrow, the roads are cleared, and we should be above 0 degrees. Tomorrow I may be able to take on something more complicated. (It's amazing how little work I get done on snow days.)

Welcome February - You Can Keep Your Blizzard

Helium Goldfish. 4"x5". Acrylic on paper.

It's officially February, so now I'll pay more attention to posting one of these every day this month.

Today, like much of the country, we were snowbound. We will probably remain that way tomorrow, judging by the state of the roads. Zoe is going a bit stir-crazy, as it was too cold and windy to go outside for long, and she'll be glad when they open the schools again. (Dare I admit that I will be, too?)

But in the meantime, we're safe and warm and together. I hope you all are, too!
